The Conference badge will be handed over to you on your arrival to Asturias. The Conference bag and documents will be provided at Santiago de Compostela on Sunday afternoon (from 17:00 to 19:00 hours) or alternatively on Monday morning before the Conference starts (Registraion opening at 8:00 AM).

For organisational reasons, all participants are requested to wear their badges during the Conference activities, lunches and coffee breaks. It´s not mandatory to carry them outside the hotels, except during the field trip.

You´ll also be able to manage some other services at the Registration desk, such as car rentals, flight and hotel bookings…
